Terms of Service
Reinertsen Technologies LLC
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the provision of managed IT and cybersecurity services by Reinertsen Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") to clients ("Client" or "you").
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services Provided
Reinertsen Technologies provides:
- Managed IT Support
- Cybersecurity Monitoring
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Identity & Access Management
- Remote Monitoring & Maintenance (via Atera)
- IT Consulting & Project Services
Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Services rely on:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Atera
- Guardz
Client acknowledges that availability, uptime, and data handling of these platforms are governed by their respective terms and service level agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain required software licensing
- Promptly report technical or security concerns
- Not intentionally disable security controls implemented by Reinertsen Technologies
Client remains the data owner at all times.
5. Data Ownership
All data, files, emails, and records remain the sole property of the Client.
Reinertsen Technologies does not claim ownership of Client data and accesses it only as necessary to deliver contracted services.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to treat Client information as confidential and to implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Reinertsen Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for services during the preceding 3 months.
8. No Guarantee of Absolute Security
While industry-standard security practices are implemented, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Client acknowledges that cybersecurity risk cannot be completely eliminated.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the service agreement or subscription terms.
Upon termination:
- Access credentials may be revoked
- Data remains accessible within the Client's Microsoft 365 environment
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
